KT ONE

Modular Performance Testing System:

For the range 5-40mm is the KT ONE available, a single glass plate test system with different sensors (for dimensions and surfaces) and feeding units of your choice. Circular symmetrical parts of all kinds, o-rings and gaskets can be tested economically and with high throughput.

KT ONE² is a double glass plate system for bigger parts up to 100mm OD. Please contact us for special configurations for FRAME SEALS and bigger round parts as we have various configurations and sensor types.

A stable engineering for optimized flow of parts form the backbone for sensor and actuator systems. Easy access allows rapid conversion to other parts and quick cleaning. The modular design allows for easy configuration and upgrades. The system is designed as a plug and play system and thus ready for use in general without any specific knowledge.

The KT ONE system is also available in a clean room suitable version on your detailed request.

KT Software, intelligent and easy to use! The KT auto-setup concept represents another milestone: using KT auto-setup, the vision system applies a self-test on the master samples or even the first teach in parts. Generally the operator sets only the severity and the minimum error limit. Lighting, flash, the test zones and the remaining parameters for the surface analysis are automatically determined and set optimally. The KT auto-setup works for standardized components such as O-rings or V-Seals. For non-standard parts / seals the expert mode is suitable to create your own receipts.
